NZDUSD: Daily & Intraday Analysis update

The New Zealand dollar strengthened past $0.61, hovering at its highest levels in over two months, as the latest US economic reports were dovish for the Fed and weighed on the greenback.

On Wednesday, data showed that US consumer prices rose less than forecast in April and retail sales was unexpectedly flat, raising expectations that the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates two times this year.
